● Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD 

International

We ship worldwide. Flat rates, no surprises. 

● New Zealand: $20 AUD 

● USA & Canada: $30 AUD 

● UK & Europe: $35 AUD 

● Rest of World: $40 AUD 

Delivery times vary depending on location and local customs (they do their own thing).

Processing Time 

Orders are packed and sent within 1–3 business days. Once it leaves us, it’s in the hands of the postal gods. 

Tracking 

All orders come with tracking. You’ll get an email once your order’s on the move. Customs & Duties 

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility - we don’t set them and we don’t get a cut. 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

ARTWORK SHIPPING POLICY

We take great care in preparing and packaging each artwork to ensure it arrives safely.

All original artworks are professionally wrapped using protective materials and shipped via trusted courier services. Where required, works are packed in custom boxes or reinforced tubes to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Orders are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days of purchase. Once your artwork has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location. Please allow additional time for regional or international deliveries.

All shipping costs outside the local area are calculated after a purchaser emails us for a quote. 

International collectors are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging. Photographs of the packaging and artwork will be required in order to assist with a claim.
