Refund policy

For original artworks (Original Works and Garage to Gods Collection), since each piece is a one-of-a-kind original, all sales are final.

We encourage customers to review all details carefully and reach out with any questions prior to purchase.

Colours may vary slightly due to device display differences and lighting conditions.
If artwork is damaged during shipping, customers must notify within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting images.

We want you feeling good in your Riff by Dougie gear. Here’s how returns work: 

Change of Mind 

● Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. 
● Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. 
● Store credit or exchange only (no refunds for change of mind). 
● Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.


Faulty or Incorrect Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you’re covered under Australian Consumer Law. 

● Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
● You’ll be offered a refund, replacement, or store credit. 
● We’ll cover return postage in these cases. 
 
Not Considered Faults 

● Normal wear and tear 
● Slight colour differences due to screens 
● Incorrect sizing (please check our size guide)
